Hi! I'm Madi
My fitness journey started at a very young age and has been quite the roller coaster to get to where I am now. I competed internationally in sport aerobics for 10+ years which involved countless hours of training a week along with a strict diet. This allowed me to build discipline and develop a very strong mindset from such a young age. However, as life shifted, so did my perspective. I began to experience the pressure of an all-or-nothing mindset and I fell out of love with all things health & fitness during my university years.
Rediscovering my passion and love for fitness during COVID lockdowns, I realised the importance of BALANCE. After taking a step back, I realised the amount of pressure I was putting on myself was unnecessary and causing disappointment due to inconsistency. This realisation helped me develop a healthy relationship towards working out as well as create a balanced lifestyle where I get the results I am after without any restrictions. Now, I am on a mission to share the secret to creating the life and body of your dreams without unnecessary pressure or restrictions. Are you ready?

Your program is available through my website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
